HR Business Partner within an Amazon logistics warehouse of over 800 employees, with the mission of supporting managers and teams in operational and strategic human resources management, in a demanding and high-activity industrial environment.

As an HR partner for operational teams, I contributed to structuring managerial practices, securing HR processes, and supporting collective performance while ensuring the quality of the social climate.

Key responsibilities:

• Supporting managers in team management

• HR advice and support on labor law and social relations issues.

• Monitoring and analyzing HR indicators to identify areas for improvement and support team performance.

• Leading HR functions on site: implementing actions to energize teams, strengthen employee engagement, and support operational performance.

• Deploying and managing QWL projects and social climate improvement initiatives, with the aim of fostering employee retention and reducing turnover.

• Contributing to recruitment and employee onboarding

• Temporarily managing the HR scope for the Lille site (2,600 employees) and the Belfort site during its opening (100 employees).

I supported store managers and operational teams on all HR issues, playing a key role in managing social dialogue, securing HR practices, and managerial support.
