On June 15, 2024, I joinedHouse of Leaderas **Web Project Manager**, where I had the opportunity to take charge of the company's website creation, under the direction of Eliad Samoun.

As a full member of the team, my responsibilities focused on the design and launch of the website, with an emphasis on optimizing the user experience and the technical development of the project.

In this context, my duties include:

- thecomplete creation of the websitewithWordPress, using Elementorfor customization and integratingcustom CSSto meet the company's specific needs;

-UX/UI designusingFigmaandAdobe XDto ensure intuitive navigation and an attractive interface;

- optimization of the site'sSEOandloading speedto maximize online visibility;

- management ofWordPress pluginsto ensure optimal functionality;

- coordination of teams usingSlackandTrelloto ensure project deadlines are met.

These responsibilities, both technical and organizational, have enriched my experience in web project management, with a particular focus on creating high-performing websites tailored to client needs.

On October 4, 2021, I joined the Deft Softwares Europe team, under the direction of Olivier Le Chevalier, as Digital Marketing Manager.

As a full member of the company, my responsibilities are varied, particularly in the field of digital marketing, with a particular focus on the DeftHedge product, software designed to mitigate risks related to currency and commodity fluctuations.

I also work closely with the Marketing & Growth team, which develops the acquisition strategy.

In this context, my duties include:

- managing email campaigns, newsletters, event invitations, promotions, etc.;

- creating content for the website;

- writing blog posts, social media posts, presentations, etc.;

- updating the website and optimizing paid and organic SEO (in collaboration with an agency);

- planning events and organizing webinars;

- monitoring the customer database and analyzing marketing performance, etc.

Below is an overview of the different tasks assigned to me. Each of them has been very enriching and demonstrates the work I was responsible for throughout the year.

My responsibilities can be divided into two main areas:

- website-related tasks;

- communication-related tasks.

On September 9, 2020, I joined the Capital Expert Comptable team under the direction of Elie Haddad, holding the position of Web Marketing Development Manager.

For a full year, my main mission was to answer the question: What digital strategy should be implemented to maximize leads on an online site, targeting accountants and training?

I maintained regular exchanges with external service providers, website optimization specialists, and developers.

In this context, my responsibilities include:

- managing email campaigns, newsletters, event invitations, promotions, etc.;

- creating content for the website;

- writing blog posts, social media posts, presentations, etc.;

- updating the website and optimizing paid and organic SEO (in collaboration with an agency);

- managing the calendar and organizing webinars;

- monitoring the contact database and analyzing marketing performance, etc.

My functions can be divided into two main areas:

- website-related tasks;

- communication-related tasks.
