In this context, I am acting as Data Domain Manager for Finance and HR. My role is to co-author a data strategy per domain and ensure the delivery of Data Products.

1. Data Products: Identification, qualification, and development of data products (P2P, O2C, Duplicate Payment financial dashboards, or 'Headcount' and 'Payroll' for HR). Management of the delivery team (10 FTEs), in an Agile logic adapted to operational reality.
2. Target Operating Model: Definition and deployment of a data TOM, creation of processes, and training of business teams.
3. Data Governance: Deployment of various data roles within business departments (DDO, Data Steward, local data expert...). Acculturation and team training.
4. Data Quality: Implementation of a Data Quality framework and monitoring of remediation plans.
