Décla Podcast: Motherhood After 40

Décla is a podcast that explores motherhood through the stories of women who became mothers after the age of 40.

Through intimate testimonies and discussions, this project gives voice to often invisible journeys: late desire for a child, pregnancy, postpartum, identity and emotional transformations.

This podcast focuses on both the personal dimension and the societal issues related to late motherhood: timing, body, social norms, solitude, the power of experience.

As the creator and producer of the podcast, I develop a sensitive and narrative approach, centered on speech and emotion, with a clean and immersive sound aesthetic.

I manage all key stages of art direction, design, and product development in the world of well-being and olfaction.

Art Direction & Brand Universe:

Creation of an original olfactory and emotional universe

Definition of brand positioning, identity, and values

Construction of the sensory atmosphere: storytelling, naming, visual and sound ambiance

Consistent application across all media: packaging, visuals, content

Graphic Design & Brand Image

Design of packaging, labels, and communication materials

Direction of visual shootings & creation of atmospheres

Management of graphic guidelines: colors, typography, compositions

Product Development & Formulation

Creation of home fragrance ranges (mists, sprays, rituals)

Close collaboration with an aromatherapist to develop consistent, safe, and effective essential oil synergies

Selection of raw materials, sourcing, olfactory tests, prototypes

Adjustments of formulations according to sensory, emotional, or therapeutic objectives

Collaboration with the laboratory & technical monitoring

Writing and management of the specifications for each product

Direct communication with the laboratory: formulation, compliance, stability, safety

Validation of samples, quality tests, product iterations

Monitoring of regulatory constraints, compatible packaging, technical data sheets

Management of production back-and-forth + adherence to deadlines

Launch & Production

Coordination between suppliers, laboratory, and graphic design

As an independent illustrator, I developed a business focused on creating personalized illustrations, combining portraits and venue depictions, with a recognizable and contemporary graphic style.

My work involved transforming personal elements (photographs, memories, living spaces, family portraits) into unique illustrations, using an artistic approach based on simplified forms, flat colors, and line work.
