Aude Le Maout

With 10 years of experience as a production manager in an architectural embroidery workshop, and also as a haute couture embroiderer, I have acquired solid experience in all stages of delivering large-scale projects. Working in a small structure, I learned to develop multiple skills and great versatility, from solving technical problems related to my discipline to project management (schedule and budget adherence, team management), I have a circular vision of a creative studio. Skilled with my hands, I know how to develop and/or produce textile projects. In my role as a material sourcer, I developed eco-responsible research avenues while measuring the regulatory obligations of hospitality projects. Today, I am very mindful of the footprint left by creative developments, and I strive to find the least impactful solutions for our environment, from the material itself to logistics. I have always enjoyed the diversity of projects, I have a demanding eye and a sure hand as well as an organized mind.
