Passionate about novelty, I have 20 years of marketing experience in consulting, research, and corporate roles, followed by 6 years in a startup to launch commercial activities, build the team, and contribute to hyper-growth by investigating the opportunity of establishing a presence in Spain as a commercial manager and business developer.

For the past 3 years, I have been a "business initiator" and I support companies to provide the necessary impetus for launching new activities. I work with two types of clients:

1. Companies that wish to start a new activity or launch into a new market without impacting their core business; this could be the launch of a new business/product, targeting a new customer segment, establishing a presence in Spain, etc.

I support them in identifying opportunities and providing the means to seize them. I offer them to save time by investigating this market on their behalf, which will allow them to remain focused on their current activity.

This support first allows them to understand the market and validate the opportunity it represents, and then to define and implement the marketing and commercial strategy.

2. Entrepreneurs who are launching their business.

I support them in successfully tackling the challenge of finding their first clients. I intervene in particular to help them:

- Conduct market research

- Embody their project, define their target audience, and refine their presentation to adapt it to the needs of their clients & prospects.

- Build their first communication tools.
