After 25 years as a manager in the public sector, I am a career coach for adults and final-year higher education students. I support:

The goal is to help them reflect on their motivations, values, and managerial approach to find a new, fulfilling professional life. I also lead co-development groups that enhance practices through this collective intelligence method and am part of the Ministry of Environment's mentor network.
- Students in self-awareness and building their professional project, as well as preparing for their first role.
