- Mapping of indirect purchases still going through the main group.

- Identification of suppliers already processed and those to be processed.

- Prioritization of the most important suppliers and spends.

- Processing of purchases as appropriate: new contracting, with or without tenders, maintaining the contract with the main group, etc.
