1. Business Development

- Boutique: setup of the first Chatelles boutique (staff recruitment and training, merchandising, promotional offer management, etc.)

- Wholesale: prospecting and opening new points of sale (negotiation, adherence to the charter and pricing policy, supply, etc.)

- E-shop: website redesign; marketing campaigns

- Management of marketing and sales teams

- Monitoring and analysis of sales performance

- Launch of collaborations (Le Meurice, Princesse tam.tam, Tartine et Chocolat)

- Launch of partnerships (Cartier, My Little Paris)

2. Operations:

- Operational implementation of all strategic decisions made by the company

- Setup of internal and external reporting dashboards

Restructuring, recruitment, regaining profitability. Company exited judicial recovery in 10 months (recovery plan negotiated over 10 years), profitability regained in 6 months, since then, company profitability has increased each year, despite covid.
