After several experiences in various structures (charitable organizations, SMEs, Accounting Expertise Firms) and especially within groups such as Crédit Agricole, PSA, Neuflize OBC, and ACCOR as a consolidation assistant then senior consolidator, I now have significant experience in financial consolidation.

Indeed, during this period, I had the opportunity to perfect my accounting skills and also to deepen my knowledge of IFRS standards.

All these aspects allow me to adapt to the management and operational mechanisms of an organization to achieve various analyses, produce consolidated financial statements, and carry out regulatory reporting, particularly FINREP « Financial Reporting » / COREP «Common Solvency ratio REPorting » / MREL «Minimum Requirement of Eligible Liabilities » /TLAC « Total Loss Absorbing Capacity » for the regulator (Banque de France) under IFRS standards.

After all these experiences as an employee, I decided to create DELEADIL Advisory Services, my consulting firm, to leverage the knowledge developed over the years by offering the following services to companies in the market:

=> Assistance in the production of consolidated financial statements under IFRS and/or US GAAP standards for a scope of several entities (national and international)

=> Assistance in the production of regulatory reporting (FINREP, COREP, MREL, TLAC, CRDS/ESG, SOLVENCY 2....)

=> Assistance to the Project Owner (AMOA) on Information System (IS) projects due to regulatory and/or system evolutions
