Software Configuration Consultant – Insurance Sector Currently, I am participating in the implementation and configuration of the CLEVA software for an insurance sector client, applying the SAFe Agile methodology. Main tasks: Configuration of insurance products: Via macros, configurable controls, JEXL scripts, Excel databanks. Databank management: Creation and structuring of databanks for data storage. Entry and exploitation of data necessary for the software. Development of an Excel pricing tool for an insurance product: Creation of an Excel file to retrieve prices based on defined criteria. Integration of advanced calculations, Data Reader functions, and management of inputs/outputs. Use of tools and technical analysis: Exploitation of the Swagger UI API to test interactions between services. Use of CLEVA's debug view to test macros, execute scenarios, and analyze anomalies. Testing and quality assurance: Participation in regression testing to ensure the stability of configurations. Identification and correction of anomalies, with creation of bug user stories for tracking corrections. Accounting configuration: Development of JEXL scripts and configuration files to filter output data during batch execution. Creation of datasets to test batch execution results. Analysis of server/batch logs to identify the origin of anomalies. Writing acceptance tests. SAFe Agile Methodology & collaboration: Participation in SAFe Agile ceremonies: daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews. Presentation of configurations made to stakeholders during end-of-sprint reviews. Continuous improvement: Proposing optimizations of processes and configurations to improve the quality of deliverables and reduce anomalies.

Working for a major French automotive client within the Demand Planning department. The project is an ERP system for global sales and production planning for the brand. Thus, I was able to work and interact with the commercial and IT teams. The main tasks, in collaboration with other consultants, consisted of managing and improving the application. I also worked on the entire operational cycle with various technical stakeholders and Product Owners. In addition to these main tasks, I provided support to resolve access issues encountered by some users, thereby improving identity and access management within the ERP. Finally, the SCRUM Agile methodology is applied within this project.

As part of this project, I collaborated with the client Rémy Cointreau to completely overhaul their identity and access management system, with the aim of improving and strengthening security. My work focused particularly on SAP's authorization module.

Execution

• Scoping, gathering client requirements

• Analysis of defects in the SAP system (Roles not assigned to users, user groups not assigned to users)

• Risk analysis (roles allowing too many access rights)

• Adherence to the principle of least privilege to combat cyber risks

• Implementation of an action plan (Choice of new nomenclature)

• Removal of unassigned roles and user groups from the client's SAP

• Mass creation of roles on Excel then injection of this file into SAP

• Assignment of these roles to users

• Support for users experiencing problems with their access
