Initially through a path in sustainable territorial development, then by redirecting myself towards organizational change in the private sector, I have always focused on collaborative approaches and the coordination of harmonious human systems.

Today, whether in human-centered design, project management, or team revitalization, I support individuals and collectives by offering tools, methodologies, and best practices, instilling creativity and structure. My mission is to create environments conducive to my clients finding the keys to achieving their needs and ambitions on their own.

Because often, all it takes to cross the threshold towards the desired goal is simply a change of perspective, a boost in terms of structuring and coherence, or regaining fluid communication.
