Etre Vivre Agir (To Be Live Act) is the alliance of ecology and well-being, two interconnected values. How can we respect the earth if we don't respect ourselves? And vice versa. The current situation of the planet ecologically and ethically, as well as our consumption and life habits (consume, discard, destroy, repeat) lead to two major needs: the search for meaning on one hand, and harmony with our environment on the other. I try to address this by facilitating and organizing transformative retreats, training, and events that help people live and act more in coherence with themselves, and with environmental and climate challenges. "Etre, Vivre, Agir", or EVA, these workshops combine: physical activities (like yoga and meditation), interactive courses on global ecology, creative workshops with personal development tools, career transition tools, and sharing sessions. We share moments of reconnection and boost in nature in a restorative setting. Their goal is to trigger action, and to release individual and collective potential. The workshops are for both individuals and companies who wish to raise awareness and unite their teams around these topics.
