My services consist of designing all documents (technical or visual) necessary for the construction of a building.
Since the beginning of my career as a Drafter in 1993, I have had the opportunity to express myself by collaborating with many players in the construction industry.
For 26 years, within project management firms, and since JANUARY 2020 as an independent, I have collaborated with architects, clients, engineering firms, landlords, companies, and all other construction professionals. I have participated in a large number of diverse and technically varied projects autonomously. These projects have enriched my professional experience and developed an adaptability essential to my status as an independent.
My main tasks are as follows:

• Preliminary design documents (APS)
• Building permit plans and other applications (PC – PCMI – DP…) for projects under 150m² (including existing in the case of an extension).

• Tender documents for companies (DCE)
• Technical plans and details (PRO)
• As-built plans
• 3D modeling
• Realistic renderings of interior or exterior designs (photorealistic)
• Various photomontages
• Sales plans and surface area calculations
• Commercial documents
• Creation of video clips
