Coordinating three departments: BEM (Bureau d'Études et Méthodes - Design and Methods Office), production, and logistics. Objectives: Ensure continuous improvement and develop the performance of technical and logistics teams (20 to 50 members, including managers and workers). Means: Strengthen teamwork, preserve the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) approach. Mission:

• Define production strategy.

• Develop procedures to be presented and approved by the General Management committee.

• Ensure the application of current procedures.

• Supervise and manage technical teams.

• Develop and implement monitoring and traceability tools (BEM, Production, Maintenance dashboards, paperwork).

• Edit and analyze performance indicators in production, logistics, sales, etc.

• Approve and order Work Orders (CI), Production Orders (OF), and the production schedule.

• Manage dashboards and ensure their visibility to General Management.

Objective: Improve information editing and highlight procedures and processes. Mission:

• Technical supervision of the Design and Methods Office (BEM) team.

• Implementation of the technical concept, operating procedures, and libraries for standardization and optimization.

• Development and implementation of BEM procedures.

• Drawing up the subsidiary's first functional organizational chart and creating: "production department", "logistics service", and "site service".

• Supervision and support of "section managers" & "service managers" and implementation of appropriate monitoring and reporting systems.

• Launch of the internally developed management and workflow system.

• Management of prototype development.

Responsible for the setup and launch of the production unit involved in fitting, furniture, and carpentry. Mission:

• Participation in the study of new projects (industrial strategy, designation of production means, analysis of projected operating procedures…).

• Study and implementation of the factory layout.

• Versatile management of production from study and methods, procurement, manufacturing, shipping to assembly.

• Management of the factory's HR affairs (timekeeping and recruitment).

• Participation in the 2014 edition of the "reference trade show for all wood processing and usage processes" EXPOBOIS in Paris.
