Leading a DevOps team, focused on building tools and processes that make life easier for our engineers. I love turning messy problems into clear plans, and helping teams ship reliable software without the drama. I work closely with developers, architects and stakeholders to keep us moving forward, learning and improving every day.

Worked with a DevOps, Application Operations and Development teams. My job was pretty simple at its core: help the team stay focused, keep communication clear, and make sure nothing got in the way of getting work done. I ran the usual ceremonies, handled the day‑to‑day issues that popped

up, and tried to create an environment where people could do good work without unnecessary stress. Over time, I became the person the team relied on to bring structure, calm things down when needed, and keep us improving bit by bit.
