Das von der EU geförderte Projekt umfasste 5 Länder (Österreich, Spanien, Griechenland, Rumänien, Estland) und fokussierte auf ESG, Business Innovation & Nachhaltigkeit im Tourismussektor.

Meine Rolle:
– Gesamtverantwortung für Programmdesign (7 Labs + Demo Day)
– Entwicklung aller Inhalte, Methoden & Tools (Lean Canvas, Validation, Sustainable Business Models, ESG-Integration)
– Budgetplanung & Ressourcensteuerung im Konsortium
– Leitung der Durchführung in enger Abstimmung mit Konsortium
– Umsetzung der Online- und Vor-Ort-Module in AT/GR
