I created 11 years ago the first online multi-brand store for High-Fantasy jewelry: Labelle (formerly My Fashion Lab).

The company has been in constant growth since its inception and reached nearly €1.5 million in turnover in 2021.

With a great team in place and a business that runs "almost" by itself ;), I am now looking for new challenges by diversifying into consulting.

I want to leverage my years of entrepreneurial expertise to advise SMEs and VSEs in their business development.

With a wide range of skills, typical of entrepreneurs in commerce:

- Artistic direction (collection creation, merchandising, catalog and newsletter creation, etc...)

- Social media management (content creation, feed management, partnership and Ig event management)

- Team management (needs and profile analysis, recruitment assistance)

- Business strategies (study and analysis of your company's operations to advise you on the various strategies to implement)

I offer an outside perspective that can look at your company globally, analyze problematic points, propose solutions, and help you implement them concretely.

Unlike the classic consulting missions I've used for my company throughout my career, I want to go beyond simple recommendations. I want to help you by taking on the tasks that are not your specialty, and that you don't have the time (or the desire) to handle. Short or long term: according to your needs. Flexibility is the key word to support you.
