Astrid Fauville

I am a young freelance translator (English and Russian > French) specializing in scientific and technical translation. Dynamic and curious, I have a real passion for languages and communication. My goal as a translator is to make all types of content accessible to as many people as possible in their native language.

My background:

Graduated in translation from ULB, I decided to continue my studies in Croatia to discover the country's language and culture. I then worked in customer relations in several international companies where I was able to deepen my linguistic knowledge in the field of business and technology.

I also collaborated on the translation and proofreading of various books related to sociology and personal development as an in-house translator for a Belgian publishing house.

My strengths:

I am keenly interested in the scientific world, particularly in biology and sustainable development. My previous experiences and my specialization in technical translation have allowed me to develop my knowledge in this field and acquire the necessary tools for understanding and translating technical texts.
