After only a 4-day handover, Astrid was fully up to speed and managed wonderfully despite the hotel sector being completely new to her. This great adaptability was one of her major strengths throughout the mission, regardless of the complexity of the projects. She is both operational and strategic! Beyond her professional skills and organizational abilities, which allowed her to manage a multitude of complex projects and meet deadlines, she became, in a few weeks, an integral part of the marketing team and the Louvre Hotels Group organization.
