    When I joined at the end of January 2020, it had only a few dozen downloads, compared to over 10,000 by the time I left in July 2020.

    In 5 months, I:
    - Audited what had been done before my arrival
    - Relaunched strategic marketing thinking to determine objectives and available resources
    - Optimized and diversified existing media campaigns
    - Participated in the implementation of growth hacking tools and actions
    - Assisted in defining Content Marketing and managed Social Media
    - Wrote and optimized CRM materials and content

    A payment app created in 2015. When I arrived, Lyf Pay had 0 users. By the time I left in January 2020, it had over 2.5 million downloads across France and partners such as Auchan, Carrefour, Undiz, Citadium...

    For the first two years, I was responsible for the website launch, Content Marketing (blog launch, newsletters, push notifications...), Social Media, and partnerships with festivals (Rock en Seine…).

    From May 2017 onwards, I was in charge of defining and launching the new brand platform (name change, logo change...) in collaboration with the communication agency La Chose, and I was responsible for Paid Media acquisition campaigns:
    - Management of Google Ads UAC campaigns
    - Management of AdNetwork and Social Network campaigns with the agency Addict Mobile
    - Coordination with Havas Media for our offline campaigns and our latest online TV campaign
    - Active participation in our ASO strategy, notably through the use of App Annie

    To measure all our campaigns, media source relevance, fraud, uninstalls, and user lifetime value (LTV), I participated in the implementation of the AppsFlyer tracking tool and used it daily.

    Finally, to not only increase the user base but also maximize ROAS, I re-adapted all campaigns to focus on conversion and launched relevant partnerships.
