As a specialized educator with 10+ years of experience, I support families and professionals in managing complex educational situations.

I provide remote interventions to quickly analyze issues (oppositional behaviors, difficulties with setting boundaries, parental exhaustion) and propose concrete, immediately applicable solutions.

My goal: to deliver visible and lasting results, by adapting to real-world realities.

Responsive, attentive, and pragmatic, I offer personalized support focused on the effectiveness and autonomy of the individuals I work with.

As the manager of an RHVS (Hotel Residence with a Social Purpose), I oversee the overall management of a facility that accommodates vulnerable populations, particularly families in difficulty and newly arrived individuals in France.

My role involves coordinating all site operations, ensuring a safe, structured, and respectful environment for residents. I manage organizational, educational, and human aspects, in collaboration with institutional and social partners.

I have also developed and implemented educational programs specifically tailored to the needs of newly arrived individuals. These programs aim to promote their integration, autonomy, and understanding of social and administrative codes in France. This includes support with daily tasks, access to rights, children's schooling, and managing family relationships in contexts often destabilized by the migratory journey.

Supporting families in difficulty is central to my practice. I work daily to assist parents in their educational role, help them establish appropriate boundaries, and address encountered challenges (conflicts, children's behavior, parental exhaustion). My approach is based on active listening, understanding individual situations, and implementing concrete solutions applicable to each family's reality.

This position has allowed me to develop strong skills in managing complex situations, coordinating stakeholders, and providing individualized educational support. I have learned to adapt to varied contexts, work under pressure while maintaining a long-term vision, and build trusting relationships with populations that can sometimes be mistrustful or in great difficulty.
