Maintenance of a PHP-Oracle SQL application, LISE Auction, a central element of the Trading system at EPEX. LISE Auction functions as a task manager (similar to Windows Task Manager) and is used by Traders, called Market Operators, to manage and oversee the auction process involving multiple third parties (e.g., national and European regulators: CRE, ACER, ...).

Call routing and call recording system.

Develop and test voice applications (IVR: interactive voice response systems).

Ensure the configuration and maintenance of the call routing and recording system for major clients: AVEM (payment processing), CAF (Family Allowance Fund) and Pôle-Emploi (Employment Center) to ensure their quality of service. Odigo Routing is an ACD (Automatic Call Distributor) solution for managing telephone platforms (call centers), progressively deployed in the cloud.

I held the position of Software Test Engineer on the IBSG project (Integrated Belt-driven Starter Generator), a reversible 48V alternator for micro-hybridization in vehicles.

The branch of my project primarily served Asian market manufacturers (5 clients).

As test manager, I was responsible for the synthesis, monitoring, and coordination of the IBSG system validation activities.

. Unit tests on software components developed by a technical center in Egypt

I actively contributed to improving the existing test tools for the software team.
