Management and organization of internal & external events - venue and service provider research (negotiation), creation and distribution of invitations (tracking, follow-ups) & posters, registration tracking, presence on the day (seminars, executive conventions, Groundbreaking ceremonies, Trade shows…). Communication Materials: Development of various materials/tools (writing, graphic design): Group brochure, Subsidiary fact sheets, Animated PPT presentations, posters, mailings, inserts, presentation notes, greeting cards, organizational charts. Back office management: Content updates (writing, creation). Social Media: Writing news to be published on Twitter + Blog. Press Relations: Gathering necessary information for press release writing, liaison between journalists' requests and relevant employees, dissemination of information, updating the press kit… Newsletters: Production, design, and distribution of a newsletter for Group shareholders (international). Design of an institutional newsletter. Design of a newsletter based on a European project.
