Creation, structuring, and management of the transport service. Negotiation and complete management of contracts with airlines (allocations, fares, conditions). Development and management of transport plans (individual & groups): sales analysis, seasonal strategy, management of event contingents. Participation in the development of the annual brochure: selection of airlines, drafting of contractual conditions. Daily management of allocations: loading, monitoring of fill rates, returns, restockings, corrective actions. Calculation of airfares (multi-class flights, pre/post-routing) and fare optimization.

Commercial management and smooth relationship with tour operators. Coordination of sales openings in line with the Program calendar. Monitoring and balancing of B2B sales and inventories. Guarantee of the overall vision of tour operator inventories. Integration of sales and contingents into systems at sales launch. Monitoring and arbitration of inventories with Revenue Management. Adjustment of inventories according to client needs and the Program. Collaboration with Account Managers and Sales Representatives for arbitration. Verification of hooks with the Program. Automated parameterization of client returns and monitoring of alerts. Overbooking management. Entry of ad-hoc flights into systems.
