I joined a team dedicated to the migration (rollout) of Dior Beauty e-commerce sites, from Shopify to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, for the various Dior Beauty markets (countries).

Coty is an American multinational beauty and skincare company founded in Paris. Coty develops, produces, markets, and distributes perfumes, makeup, skincare, nail care, and professional hair care products. The main brand licenses include Gucci, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein, Lancaster, Adidas, etc.

I was involved with the Orveda brand, an ultra-premium skincare brand, which wanted to launch its loyalty program on its e-commerce site, developed with Shopify.
On this short assignment, I was responsible for a significant initial UAT phase: establishing the test strategy, writing functional tests, creating test documentation, executing functional tests, reporting bugs, and tracking resolutions. From a business perspective, I ensured the proper resolution of technical bugs and functional discrepancies with expectations for the project, all with an end-user perspective.

MISSIONS:
● Analysis of the functional scope and user expectations within the Orveda business team
● Creation and design of the test strategy in collaboration with product experts, brand representatives, and CRM & Loyalty experts
● Selection and writing of test cases, divided by functional areas, in maintainable test documentation

Chanel is a French luxury house producing haute couture, as well as ready-to-wear, accessories, perfumes, and various luxury products.
MyBoutiqueApp is the iOS application developed by Chanel and used by in-store staff to manage customers, products, inventory, purchases, and loyalty.
I acted as a quality expert and automation engineer to analyze the needs for improving software quality and testing processes within the MyBoutiqueApp team and provide solutions.

After studying the functional scope and the latest bug reports from recent sprints, I selected the tests to automate to ensure the application's robustness across sprints. I designed and developed an automated test framework with Selenium and Appium for the mobile part, all in Java. I integrated these tests into a CI pipeline with Azure DevOps and incorporated a reporting tool: Allure Framework.

● Analysis of the technical scope with lead developers (both mobile front-end and API)
