platforms and clusters and ensure transverse monitoring to validate the correct level of mobilization.

Systems and infrastructure engineer with over 9 years of experience in various environments. Specializing in major incident management and infrastructure performance optimization (virtualization, Active Directory...). Strong ability to reduce resolution times (MTTR) and ensure service continuity through effective coordination of technical teams. Results-oriented, focused on continuous improvement and system reliability.
