This global strategy consists of:

Assessing the skills and capabilities of business creators (VSEs) to run an independent structure, ensuring business sustainability and project profitability, through an initial "Skills Assessment" phase.

Assisting with administrative and organizational work, the fundamentals of a business project, particularly regarding legal and regulatory implications.

Supporting the leader in implementing their project throughout the important stages (Management, Skills, Marketing, Communication, Prospecting, Partnerships...)

The added value of Cum Scientia is to move from a normative approach to Qualiopi (filling out a questionnaire) to a performance lever for sustainable growth (know-how, becoming).

Intervention for skills development of a leader of a medico-social association, whose activities, through therapeutic activities, improve the quality of life and well-being of people with severe disabilities. (Locked-in Syndrome)

Firstly, the transmission of professional medico-social knowledge and know-how (National plans, reforms, Regional Health Projects, CPOM) and then work on the context of leaders of medico-social establishments (ESSMS) to align with public authority requirements.

Then, in-depth coaching to raise awareness of opportunities, develop specific skills within the associative and medico-social sector.

Finally, a joint effort on creating a framework (first in France) for chess-based cognitive therapy, creating the human resources organization (emerging needs and skills), understanding and implementing qualitative prospecting and evolving partnerships in a highly regulated environment.

This intervention, in its profound and human sense, in relation to a particularly challenging beneficiary group, is an illustration of success for the leader, who despite immense challenges and numerous areas for improvement, proves that by creating the conditions for success, anything is possible.

Consolidation of certain internal regulatory processes (Management, Continuous Quality Improvement, training, Human Resources).

Consulting and support for the leader on strategic aspects of sector evolution, on the organization's positioning, and on all developments to be implemented within teams and practices.

Proposal of a 5-year Strategic Project within the framework of an LBO requiring skills development for the teams, a renewal of prospecting and commercial development models, as well as a new approach to the company's core businesses.
