• Conducting AI workshops for management and teams: mapping AI opportunities, LLM integrations, and agent-based automation.

• Translating business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and backlogs in Jira/ClickUp.

• Delivering inspiration sessions on Microsoft 365 and Teams, followed by implementation projects with infrastructure specialists.

• Leading stakeholder sessions and decision-making workshops, acting as a bridge between business and IT teams.

• Actively following AI trends (e.g., Claude Code, AI agents, skills frameworks) and implementing them in concrete client advice.

• Analyzing and optimizing complex business processes with a focus on digitalization.

• Feature ownership: managing the backlog, coordinating with development teams and stakeholders.

• Data governance & API onboarding: developing process flows, integration documentation, and sequence diagrams.

• Optimizing Agile ceremonies.
