Role: Sun Traveler SARL is aiming to be the best concierge and traveler app for Sint

Maarten, Saint Martin and the Caribbean. I created and incorporated the business, defined the product strategy, roadmap, scoped the MVP, and formulated our go-to-market strategy which resulted in a successful launch.

Role: As the first product manager to be hired I contributed to the formation and scaling of the Product and Engineering department. I managed multiple teams and verticals, and led expansion into new countries/markets. My main scope of responsibility was the first time experience (FTX) team, success team, and growth.

• Managed 2 verticals, totalling 4 product teams and 4 direct reports.

• Responsible for the first time experience vertical, with key topics including AdTech / MarTech, data tracking, and growth.

• Led the international expansion of the Gorillas product into the United States.

• Contributed to the scaling of the product department by setting up hiring pipelines and processes, department values and guidelines, and organisational structure.

• In charge of product learning and teaching for all interns, junior, and mid- Product Managers, holding bi-weekly learning sessions.

• Projects included integration of Braze, Adjust, and Segment, as well as setting up dynamic adverts.

• Responsibility for the onboarding and signup for the mobile apps.
