In the beginning, I consciously invest more time in requirements gathering. I want to understand:

What tasks does the user have? In what context do they work? What challenges currently exist?

Then, we develop together in short iterations to create a precisely fitting report.

Fast, predictable communication is essential. Lengthy projects cost time, slow down the business department, and often lead to dissatisfaction. I respond within 24 hours and consciously keep projects moving.

I consider the entire environment of a report: data collection, process logic, business definitions, field and KPI definitions, quality risks, and potential process weaknesses. This comprehensive view often leads to important insights and optimization opportunities early on.

I work transparently, structured, and with clear agreements. My clients always know where the project stands, what steps are next, and what decisions are required.

My background combines business, statistics, and IT. I work with SQL, Python, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate – and consciously choose the technologies that make the most sense for the respective use case. The focus is always on the best possible solution, not on a tool.

I have been working with templates since the beginning of my career. They enable a clear, brand-compliant design and significantly accelerate development. Through modularly structured components, I can iterate faster while ensuring high quality.
