I am an experienced trainer and facilitator and a PMO consultant. I offerin-house trainingin project management, whether it's to implement a recognized framework like PRINCE2 or to strengthen your tools and techniques. I also offer follow-up actions to these training sessions, to put the acquired knowledge and skills into practice. This places us in the PMO field.

As a **PMO consultant**, I provide support for projects, programs, and portfolios. This includes a common project management framework, adaptable standards, proven processes, tools, and techniques, as well as documentation, information gathering, planning, and communication.

Facilitationbeing an effective working method for teams, I offer facilitated collaborative workshops on any theme or challenge encountered by my clients, including: project management, risk management, change and organizational development, and **sustainability**.

In this last area in particular, as a consultant and assessor in green project management, I will support the integration of asustainability perspectiveinto projects, notably through in-depth mapping of the project's environmental impacts and applicable follow-up actions.
