I met Arthur on a Facebook group where I was asking for help developing a segmentation, tracking, and KPI solution. We made contact by phone. I appreciated his two-step approach: first proposing an action plan for my problem, and then getting my approval to implement it. The solution was implemented perfectly, and even more than requested. We are continuing to work together to go even further in segmentation and success indicators. Excellent work and a great person to work with.
