Development of an internal web tool to help this SME optimize the management of its global machine fleet. The objective was to provide a user-friendly tool for detailed commercial and technical tracking of the fleet's various machines. The final tool developed uses Django (Python framework for web development).

This project was divided into several stages:
- Problem and need definition: discussion with stakeholders, analysis of the existing situation, listing of constraints to be met
- Technical solution definition: web tool, respecting data read/write constraints, and access to the tool by employees from anywhere in the world
- Data structure modeling: learning the business (technical/commercial), modeling commercial assignments, defining KPIs and validating calculations on Excel, technical machine modeling, respecting data retroactivity and technical history conservation constraints.
- Design of the tool and main views: graphic design / UX, definition of main functionalities, created on Photoshop and validated by the client.
- Tool development (approx. 7-8 weeks) with the Python Django framework:
- Data model creation, calculation implementation
- Admin part implementation
- Development of various user views
- Implementation of custom administrator views, integrating CRUD processes to user views
- Access management (user / administrator)
- Tool delivery, production deployment, debugging, training of future users, and documentation of the tool, data model, and implemented calculations.
