Civil Engineering Graduate, Doctor of Project Management and lecturer at CHEC, I support companies, contracting authorities, and engineering firms in managing complex infrastructure projects, from the bidding phase to delivery.

For nearly 10 years, I have been involved in large-scale projects in France and internationally in the nuclear, rail, tunnels, civil engineering structures, buildings, and infrastructure sectors.

My expertise covers all Project Controls activities:

• Development and management of schedules (Level 1 to Level 4)

• Planning using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and TILOS

• OPC coordination

• Critical path and delay analysis

• Risk and opportunity management

• Power BI dashboards and reporting

• PMO and project governance

• Support for project management teams

I have contributed to projects such as EDF New Nuclear, Rail Baltica, TELT Lyon-Turin, Stad Ship Tunnel, Tanger Med 3, AETV (CEA - Nuclear), Puranga (Uganda), and the infrastructure for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.

My priority is to provide concrete solutions to secure deadlines, improve coordination between stakeholders, and help project teams make the right decisions through reliable and structured management.

Passionate about knowledge sharing, I am also the author of specialized books on project management. My latest book, "How to Become an Excellent OPC: The essential technical, human, and strategic skills to succeed in complex projects in the 21st century," is a practical reference for professionals seeking to develop high-level expertise in OPC and complex project management.
