With experience in many startups as a developer (7 years) and then as CTO (Technical Director) for 2 years at Partenaires Conducteurs,

I have been able to understand all aspects of lean project management and web development.

From gathering requirements and setting up an MVP, team management (SCRUM) to final development and deployment (managing server scalability).

In the development of a startup, many features are tested and then abandoned, and many pieces of code are less and less used. My mission is to discover what is essential to test the idea as quickly as possible with the least development time, then iterate on it to obtain an irreproachable product.

PS: I am truly passionate about new technologies and new technical challenges. Much of my personal time is invested in the design and fabrication of 3D printed objects, creating connected hydroponic systems for the home, recycling Li-ion batteries, etc.
