At the societal level, there is very little room for maneuver to achieve a desirable future for humans and a sustainable one for the planet. The only way to achieve this is to fundamentally change the indicators of success, business models, company operating methods, and of course, the behaviors of talent and citizen-consumers.

My job, through experiential training, consulting, and conferences, is to help you scan the horizon to discern the islands on which to set course and to set you in motion to reach them.

More than ever, this is a necessary mission, and my role is to support companies in building and leading these transformations so that their business remains sustainable and resilient.

It all starts with the ability to measure the existing positive and negative impact. Second is about setting up an ambitious strategy to reduce the damaging outcomes of the activity while maintaining / increasing the positive effects on stakeholders. Finally, companies must be able to operationalize this strategy by training, equipping and accompanying employees.

At Fabernovel, we believe most companies will need to be extremely innovative and able to reinvent themselves.
