Arthur Lobert

Alumni of Epitech Toulouse, my experiences in IT consulting and team management have allowed me to combine strong technical skills (from my training) with a growing appetite for human interaction and its functioning in a professional context.

This journey led me, with former classmates, to create a company: OPUS Solutions, where I am now a managing partner.

My motto: linking technology with people.

It is through this synergy that communication and understanding between the different project members are possible, despite each person's unique perspective and skills.

My goal: to understand in order to explain these different perspectives within the project (Development, management, company, etc.).

Indeed, misunderstanding, a source of ambiguity or even opposition, leads to the annihilation of collective intelligence, which is necessary for project completion. Conversely, hearing and understanding a different position or discourse allows for empathy, making effective and adapted communication possible, the breeding ground for a productive environment with optimal profitability.

My wish: to share these experiences in other environments, in order to make these skills available and refine them.

Thus, the project manager (chief or project manager) is no longer a passive intermediary, but an active pivot in communication and understanding, for the creation of a context where diplomacy and compromise forge an effective and favorable environment, for the project and the people who build it.
