I joined the company at a crucial point in its digital development. I oversaw the development of the website and the B2B online purchasing platform. I also managed the development of an effective marketing strategy tailored to the company's customers' needs, including a pre-order strategy combined with segmented, personalized, and automated email marketing. This new strategy increased order volume and frequency, as well as stock turnover rate.

Within the marketing team of this communication agency dedicated to non-governmental organizations, I was the Strategy Manager responsible for our clients' fundraising campaigns. In parallel, I managed and developed the online presence of a Swiss foundation by managing social media and overseeing the creation of their website.
