I build native Apple apps for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch. Three of my own apps are live in the App Store: developed with Swift 6, SwiftData/CloudKit, HealthKit, and WidgetKit, fully accessible, and without any third-party SDKs.

In client projects, I have developed for Deutsche Bahn (transport app with millions of daily users), BMW, Deutsche Telekom, and F24 (secure messenger with PKI end-to-end encryption), among others – from Greenfield to CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Fastlane) to stabilizing and migrating existing UIKit/Objective-C codebases.

Modern development for me also means AI-assisted work: Prompt Engineering, AI-Assisted Coding, and integrating LLMs into applications (structured outputs with FastAPI/Pydantic). This includes on-device ML with Core ML and Vision – in my malaria detection project, for example – as well as Apple Intelligence / Foundation Models. I am currently deepening my knowledge in AI and Data Science through the MIT Applied AI & Data Science Program.

Where it fits the project, I bring experience beyond iOS: Android/Kotlin, a Node.js/MongoDB backend (Cimple), and React/TypeScript. As a long-time coach (most recently at GFU Cyrus AG), I support teams with code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge transfer.
