An engineer by training, an entrepreneur at heart, I co-founded and grew the company Nos Grands-mères ont du Talent, a restaurant chain promoting the employment of seniors for 7 years. The company experienced strong growth, reaching over 3 million euros in revenue and a 10% net profit in 2019.

As General Manager, my main responsibilities were:

- Operations Management

- Purchasing Management (operational and strategic)

- Recruitment, training, and retention of employees

- Implementation of administrative and financial monitoring for the structure

Following the judicial liquidation of the company, which did not survive the health crisis, I bounced back as Operations Director of a startup offering fresh food for pets.
