- Needs analysis, writing specifications, and facilitating scoping workshops.

- Development of a custom web mini-ERP for business management, interconnected with two mobile applications (delivery drivers and warehouse management) via API synchronization.

- IT infrastructure setup: installation of surveillance cameras, Wi-Fi hotspots, NAS server, and equipment integration.

- End-to-end project management: pre-project phase management, development monitoring, deployment, and user training.
