Glisser is composed of four seasons (Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn) and 46 notes. Written without punctuation in the second person singular, Glisser offers a soft, hazy, and non-standard journey through Bernard Heizmann's memories and sensations. Thus, a pleasant dizziness sets in.

The distribution of the text in the book is systematic: the main text (the seasons) is always on the left page while the notes are scattered on the right page (one note per page). Thus, the reader composes their reading by playing without pain. They choose whether or not to interrupt the main text by diving into the notes. If they prefer, they can easily read all the notes consecutively by turning the book, or pick and choose, alternate. To achieve a single note reference per double page, the main text body swells and tightens, spreads and condenses, like a breath; this typographical freedom adds an extra dimension to the game and the joy of reading.
