The objective was to strengthen the brand image, improve user experience, and have a scalable architecture to support future development.

I supported Beauval in the strategic scoping of the project, helping the management teams define a clear vision for their future web ecosystem.

My role consisted of:
- Structuring the digital roadmap and its priorities,
- Clarifying business needs and target customer journeys,
- Advising on technological and organizational choices,
- Overseeing the preparation of deliverables necessary for the redesign launch (product vision, technical scoping, governance).

The objective was to have a showcase platform and an online resource center, integrating functionalities for members (registration, contributions, directory) and meeting accessibility and compliance standards (GDPR) + HDS standards (health data hosts).

I supported management in the strategic and technical scoping of the project:
Definition of needs, prioritization of functionalities, drafting of specifications, advice on target architecture, and selection of service providers. I also acted as an interface between business and technical teams to ensure project coherence and scalability.

CFEA now has a clear and structured vision of its digital system, with a SaaS-type platform and a solid foundation for future developments, while strengthening its digital processes.
