After 10 years spent working on the digital transformation of a small and medium-sized business in specialized distribution, I now support executives in structuring their operations and marketing. Typically, I intervene to overhaul or implement strategies, new procedures, new tools, such as SaaS. I am also able to manage the development of a custom application from A to Z when necessary. I have a team of developers and graphic designers.

✅ Email marketing from A to Z > newsletters + transactional emails (account creation, forgotten password, etc.), from identifying the most suitable platform to designing templates and then their technical integration within the chosen tool (e.g., MailChimp).

✅ Overhaul of internal processes > consulting mission during which you can call on me by presenting a current cumbersome, inefficient, complicated procedure: my objective, to re-evaluate and propose a redesign of this procedure by implementing new tools, automations and/or the development of a dedicated custom application, if useful.

✅ Google Workspace Administration > Implementation of best practices and optimization of your use of Google Workspace within your organization.
