Within the digital division of the Shiseido group, I was the Product Owner for the Nars Cosmetics website for the entire EMEA region. In this role, my responsibilities included:

- Gathering and identifying business expectations and customer value drivers (internal collection, user tests, benchmarking, etc.),

- Creating a global product roadmap,

- Populating and prioritizing the Product Backlog,

- Writing user stories

- Daily management of an offshore team (Bulgaria / India) composed of 5 developers.

- Creating wireframes for various features and overseeing the production of mockups with a team of UX/UI freelancers - Co-design workshops / Needs gathering workshops / Design thinking

- Implementing and facilitating agile methodologies within a new team (fixed and protected sprints, grooming, asynchronous daily meetings, DoD/DoR, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives),

- Monitoring performance indicators (Conversion rate, bounce rate, click-through rate, traffic, etc.) on Google Analytics / Content Square

- Implementing user tests for the mobile section (30 users - UK),

- Implementing an A/B testing roadmap.

Technical Environment: JIRA, Kameleoon, GTM, Salesforce, Slack, GA, Confluence,

Consumer digital factory - Product owner for the R83 & R82 project (e-reservation sites for the new 508 First Edition and 508 SW)

Deployment of premium e-commerce sites in 10 European countries for the configuration and reservation of the new PEUGEOT 508 First Edition vehicle, followed by the 508 SW First Edition.

- Project management using the Scrum methodology.

- Requirements definition: product vision, product backlog management, writing User Stories.

- Facilitating business workshops: collecting and challenging needs, seeking high value-added solutions.

- Organizing user testing

- Coordinating the development team (Team of 4 people): developers, UI designers, and Solution Lead & Deploy Lead.

- Organizing and facilitating ceremonies (DSM, Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).

- Managing delivery and supervising weekly deployments.

- Monitoring: tracking technical indicators, reporting on business KPIs, analyzing user behavior.

- Project Communication: managing communication between the development team and project stakeholders on a daily basis (Bank, Legal, Brand, IT, etc.). Implementing regular reports on project progress.

- Deploying the site in 10 European countries.
