At Forgeron3, a Marseille-based startup that transforms SME documentation into ready-to-use AI assistants, I worked on the intelligent core of the product: RAG for reliable and sourced answers, design of custom assistants aligned with client business needs, and function calling to move from simple answers to concrete actions (triggering automation, querying internal tools, etc.).

Notable achievement: an internal onboarding assistant delivered in a few weeks, which reduced by three the time managers spent answering new employees' questions.

A short but dense mission, on very concrete and directly business-oriented AI topics.

At Thecamp, I worked on the development of a smart building management application, allowing real-time control of various IoT devices deployed on campus. I designed and developed backend functionalities (MQTT message management, PHP/JavaScript API, sensor data processing) and frontend features (real-time interfaces via WebSockets, interactive dashboards).

The multidisciplinary project brought together engineers, designers, and innovation experts. It allowed me to implement a data-oriented architecture, manage real-time flows, and ensure the reliability of a production system. I also participated in optimizing communication between services and improving the user experience across the entire platform.

At Talents'in, I honed my skills in frontend (ReactJs) and backend (Php Symfony) development.

Talents In is an ATS (Applicant Tracking System): a platform for tracking and managing applications, used by recruiters and HR professionals to manage their recruitment processes from start to finish.

On the frontend with React, I designed and evolved the daily interfaces for recruiters and candidates: application pipelines, profile pages, application workflows, collaborative spaces — with a strong focus on ergonomics and fluidity, because an ATS used all day should be pleasant.

On the backend with Symfony, I developed and maintained the APIs and business logic: managing job offers, recruitment workflows, CV parsing, integrations with external HR tools.

Two years in production on a product used by real recruiters, which allowed me to develop good reflexes: code review, testing, ticket tracking, regular deployments — and above all, the habit of coding with the users behind the screen in mind.
