Hello, I am an electrical engineer with 15 years of experience in charge of CFO CFA business (Studies and works).

- I can create plans and design from scratch all electrical systems present in a building, applying current standards.

I have had the opportunity to work in all types of companies, majors and SMEs. I therefore adapt quickly to internal company IT systems.

I specialized in high-end projects, private mansions, residential, commercial, and various ERPs.

This experience allows me today to follow and manage a project from quotation to acceptance, including site supervision, subcontractors, suppliers, design office, etc.

Being adaptable, I can manage a project up to €3.5 million annually:

- Financial monitoring (forecast expenses, invoicing, gross and net margin)

- Study and works monitoring (subcontractors and service providers)

- Main contact for the client, design offices, AMOA, BC, and CSSI

I have good interpersonal skills, I anticipate and manage priorities rationally and pragmatically.

My level is almost identical in CFO CFA with a CFA predominance.

I quickly identify the important and necessary interfaces for the successful completion of projects.

Always listening to the client, I am proactive in proposing complementary works and their follow-up between the signed contract and the actual work.
