I was responsible for the creation and management of advertising campaigns (UTM configuration, targeting by gender, themes, ages, audiences, and conducting A/B tests). I produced video ads using Sony Vegas and developed advertising creatives. I managed the budgets for three main courses: "Biohacking", "YouTube Specialist", "Eat to Lose Weight", and other smaller products, optimizing their launch and target audience. I prepared weekly and monthly reports on audiences. I maintained constant communication with the business owner for the management of the advertising platform. I worked in a hybrid format, with a preference for remote work, holding online or in-person meetings.

I was responsible for the comprehensive management of a small network of mini-hotels, including room cleaning, document management, price regulation, handling of accommodation platforms, advertising, and improving the hotel's corporate image. I was in charge of requesting necessary materials and submitting reports to the hotel owner. I had total responsibility for a specific hotel and, in the others, I managed payroll, price regulation, documentation, unforeseen event resolution, and material acquisition.
