As part of Visa’s Research & Innovations team, I worked on the UX and interface design of next-generation payment and account management tools.

My responsibilities included:

This work played a key role in supporting internal innovation initiatives and helped shape the direction of future product experiences for both cardholders and merchants.

Conceptualized and designed the new website, including a CMS-based system tailored for product comparison and presentation.

I created the full visual direction and mockups, and extended the brand through promotional print materials, infographics, and a custom icon set, ensuring a cohesive look across both digital and offline touchpoints.

I rebuilt the site’s global structure using consistent Webflow classes, enabling scalable design updates across all pages.

Redesigned the UI around a story-driven experience, using photo and video content to clearly communicate the event’s atmosphere and purpose. I also introduced clean, modular layouts with intuitive navigation and interaction, making the site easier to explore and more engaging for visitors.
